Screen printing

The screen printing department has 11 automatic and semiautomatic printing systems allowing us to meet various printing needs and handle prints ranging from 30×50 cm to as large as 150×320 cm, with UV and solvent inks.

The screen printing and pad printing production departments are complemented with in-line UV ink curing ovens and static drying ovens, including two conveyorized units.

A distinguishing feature that sets us apart from the competition is our ability to offer clients a quality service.

Here at GRAIL, we have successfully tackled a significant challenge, guided by our bold intuition: using screen printing glue instead of the usual double-sided adhesive tape. This is actually something of a revolutionary step and has made it possible for us to lower the cost of materials and labour, and reduce waste considerably.
