IN MOLD HEAT TRANSFER
This involves the reel-to-reel decoration of a PET film between 30/50 microns thick, the insertion of the film inside the mould using a transfer and spooling unit and finally, the injection of the plastic onto the decoration. This technology ensures precise results as the film isn’t just decorated with graphics that guarantee the perfect design after deforming but is also impressed with a certain number of references for perfect positioning in the mould.
