During 2020-2021 Grail Innovation have installed a new press line in order to handle all working stream internally. We have dedicated that line for the automotive sector, appliances sector and to any field using aluminium foil or sheet steel elements.
Now our company have the complete process control: from the materials purchasing, to silk screen or pad printing, to deep drawing and blanking, to the application of special surface finishing, to the assembling and ultrasonic welding and then delivery.
That technology give us a better flexibility and a faster reaction to the customer demand.
Beside, we put this point at the top, we can have a better process control minimizing the wastage and preserving the raw materials and natural resources.
